We’ve had such a busy few days!! Running around doing things and visiting people.
Friday night my SIL came over for dinner, we had a great night and we looked at lots of photos from her recent trip to Japan and her soon-to-be step daughter! She got engaged recently and her fiance has a daughter from a previous relationship.
Saturday, I went looking at Reception ventures with her and my MIL up in the Dandenongs. We went to Nathania Springs which was beautiful! The chandaliers in the chapel are gorgeous and the staff were really friendly. Next we went to Lyrebird Falls. The grounds were beautiful, but the chapel and dining room were so pokey and small. Lastly we looked at Poets Lane. It was amazing, the chapel was just beautiful, the grounds perfect and the reception area stunning. So I think she’s narrowed down to Nathania Springs and Poets Lane. She’s taking her fiance up next weekend to look and will make a decision then, but it will probably come down to who has dates available as they are already booking out quick for November 2007, which is when they are looking for. It was so much fun going through all her bridal books and things with her, made me want to get married again! I loved where we got married, at Linley Estate (see the Silvan Room), everything was perfect on the day, but I fell in love with Poets Lane and would love to have my time over and do it there!
We headed over to Knox to pick up one last present for Trent for his birthday next week, had a quick look at some brides dresses at Ravish then headed back to the inlaws, for some dinner before heading home to get Trenty to bed.
Trent loves the Sesame Street Workshop on the net. He especially loves being in Elmo’s World playing Keyboardorama! You press a number and Elmo counts items like flowers or balloons up to the number you pressed. When he counts hearts, at the end of counting, he blows kisses, Trent loves it and blows kisses back to him!

First of Lis, those layouts are STUNNING!!! I love where you have come with your style. Second, I love the Dandenongs
.. as I grew up in Monbulk, we had our high school formal at Nathania Springs, though I’m sure it’s changed heaps since then LOL. Love the photos of Trenty, and great to see that he’s taking after his Mum and getting some good computer time LOL.
